You will be given some tips below and see if it works. Since not all kids are the same. But you can always try to do your best. So you will not be having a problem and will eat everything you feed. There is no harm if you would give it a try. You need to pay attention once you have a kid who is a picky eater.

Here is some important tips you could do. And see the results. It it works and effective to them, then that would be a great idea. Go for it. Just ensure you are able to give them something that helps in building their immune system. It is necessary especially if they get sick easily.

Promote autonomy. Before you start to cook, you can talk to them and ask what they want. So they will always be a part of the plan. Your children are one reason that you cook at home. Let them make a list of what you want. When you notice that they are all meat and something not healthy, you could invent your own and put some veggies into their food.

Build on skills. You have to build their skills and encourage them always. The kids are easy to please and the simple things will make them happy. Humiliation them in public is strictly not allowed. Just appreciate them and focus on the things that would inspire and motivate them to do better. Be happy when they eat the food you introduce. And do it regularly so they would be used to it.

Create positive associations. It is a great idea when they wanted to help in the kitchen. To let them know the foods you are making. Most kids would be curious of the taste. Especially if they help you in cooking them. Tell them to give it a try to say good things to them so they will be motivated.

Show them daily benefits. You can educate them the daily benefits of foods they eat. It is normal for children to be curious and would ask questions. Make sure you are there to answer them. Teach them the importance of eating healthy and give them examples. Soon, they would realized to avoid the foods that are not good.

Present the positives. Telling them something that you cannot eat this and that, is being discourage. But instead, encourage them to try the foods they have not tried before. But make sure the foods are healthy, like fruits. You must introduced it to them and assure that the taste is really good. And they should taste them before they would say no.

Good balance nutrition is necessary. To stay healthy is the best things you could do to yourself and to your children. So they will stop being picky. But instead they would eat what is good to them after your present the benefits of it.
