Every Child Deserves An Equal Chance To Develop And Reading Is A Vital Part Of That

By Richard Stone

From the moment a child is able to read and become a part of a magical world, they are able to imagine. Imagine things that are not possible in the real world, open their minds up to the possibilities of things that they only dream about. As a parent encourages the importance of reading from a young age, the child is able to learn many useful life lessons that they are bound to reap the benefits from.

In the beginning a parent must constantly allow their child to have access to books and be the one that opens them up to it repeatedly. This later will encourage their children to want to explore on their own. Once a child is able to study a book unattended, they will be marveled at their independence and the love for books will only endorse them to want to continue to grow.

Not only will a child build the ability to be able to concentrate for a long period of time promoting discipline, they will also without knowing it train their brain to focus for long periods. T. V is not as complex as the capability to be able to study a book. The brain connections formed when you read are a lot stronger and new ones are formed every time a child opens a book.

A huge advantage that a child gets from learning to be able to study a book on their own, is the language lessons they are constantly taught. As they are taught something new in each book they study their grammar, punctuation, and vocabulary only gets better. Any child who learns to study books from young will excel higher than other their own age.

As they scan more books speeding up their abilities they will want to go deeper in the intensity of each book wanting to aim higher. This will then lead them into want to get to know the world around them. Even if this does not happen as each person is different, they will still be opened up to new personalities, people cultures and different ways of life, showing them that their world is not the only one around.

Of course there is the form of entertainment. People from years back would enjoy books primarily as a great hobby. Sitting down for two to three hours and then later discussing all the juicy details.

When a child studies a book, they are shown what each character goes through individually, as they feel see and experience it alongside them. They learn empathy and this to will help them in the future. Yes T. V does teach this, but books are able to go a lot deeper than any picture frame.

In conclusion the love for books is one of the strongest bonds your child will ever learn. As it teaches so many important skills, a child should never be denied this privilege. It's the parent's responsibility to ensure that their own child is encouraged for the importance of knowing how to read.
